Ok, I have been reading your interesting posts for a couple of weeks now, you are entertaining, but I don't think you are Italian. It is common knowledge that Berlusconi is not the president but the Prime Minister of "your" country.

I had to google for the name of "your" president, his name is "Giorgio Napolitano" (you can't make that shit up) and he is from June 1925 so he turned 83, 3 months ago.

My guess is that you are a Frenchman posing as an Italian in order to make Italians look stupid. Good for you, but typically French.

Berlusconi is PRESIDENT of the Council of Ministers and that is the reason that when talking of him in Italy it is normal to read "il Presidente" or the "il Presidente del Consiglio".
