However, the guy was an excellent pilot. I'd have no problems putting my kids on his plane, I wouldn't put them in his classroom.

Ronald Reagan was a creationist, according to what I've read. He was one of the most effective Presidents we've ever had. His weird creationist beliefs had no discernible impact on his job performance. I'd put him back in the White House in a heartbeat, if it were possible, but I wouldn't put him in a classroom to teach science.

Ah, but I forget! Leftists and Europeans were horrified by Reagan, too. Yet it is because of him that you don't speak Russian, and Germans can travel anywhere in Germany.

BTW, do you know how creationists arrived at the (roughly) 6,000 year age of the earth nonsense? They added up the generations listed in the bible since Adam, assigned them an average life span, and presto! :?

Yes I know everything about creationists, because I have been roaming on Youtube.
In fact the creationists are not necessarily stupid, they even can be very smart; but they are completely obsessed with creationism, and they believe in it in spite of an intelligence they have which should allow them to see clearly.
That's a very curious state of mind.
Creationists are not necessarily bad politicians.

Anyway, when you believe in something, you'll always find the arguments which justify your point, and you'll stick to them; it's also true for socialism.

No, it's not that much.
But those who believe in it are really convinced, there is no way to make them think differently in spite of all the tons of arguments which are presented to them; they only see their own arguments and discard any argument which goes against them (and they lock their videos not to be contradicted).
And it's not only Americans, they may be of all the countries in the world; there are also Australians, Canadians, Brits, Indians....

So fuckin' what? Obamessiah believes his election will cause North Korea and Iran to give up nuclear weapons, Russia will turn into a democratic paradise, and he can gut the US military since it will no longer be necessary in his world where everyone holds hands and sings "Kumbiya".

I'd rather have the moose hunting girl from Alaska in the White House, thank you.

It's amazing how many languages we would speak today if it wasn't for you... :?

People who think that Reagan had anything to do with the end of the Berlin wall or of the Soviet Union are as ridiculous as creationists.

Third person anectdotal bullshit. Complete non-story.

McAllister said that he never heard Palin make such remarks about dinosaurs and that Palin preferred not to discuss her views on evolution publicly.

That said, I'd like to hear someone explain to me how the dinosaurs are relevent to current US policy.

"dinosaurs and humans walked the Earth at the same time"

She is right. At present the "dinosaurs" are in the US congress and the "humans" should make them extinct as soon as possible.
Today or tomorrow would be a good time for a congressional vote while the Jews are at home counting their money.

Can you find someone who can tell me that they were there when humans first walked the earth and that there were no dinosaurs around at the time?

As to your question, it is a universally accepted truth that anyone who lives West of the Hudson River, East of the San Andreas Fault hates the French. Its our national pastime putting you people into the punchlines of jokes, ridiculing you and yes hating you for your frenchness.

I don't know. Is that the point?
If someone eats his own shit and run for the presidency I'm not sure I will vote for him even if eating shit has nothing to do with american policy.
Well, in most of cases at least.

That's wise.

For the rest, if real "creationism" is stupid, of course, I can speak with peoples about some forms of intelligent design wich can eventually be compatible with science studies. Even if it's not my cup of tea (french proverb).

Some may hate us for our frenchness, but not everybody.
And if Mac Cain and Palin really hate us, then they should have the courage to say it publicly.

Hunch - You're a blasphemer. You call yourself a Christian but you don't believe God has the power to create the Earth. You're going to hell.

Old-Earthers are the devil!

Max - Her religion is Christianity. Simple, non?

Now you can both go back to your Al-Qarbonaeda camp and resume chant ing "Death to America".
